Ensure MGP profile is set up and integrated
Ensure Financial Physical is set up
Pull the client’s financial file
Print client profile from SF
Print off outstanding action checklist items (If Applicable)
There should be thorough notes on the reason for the appointment
Client:
Bring in applicable documents pertaining to the meeting
During
Address client meeting
Take notes in Financial Physical; copy to F450
After
Send the Action Checklist to client(s); cc advisor
Complete assigned SF tasks
F1, F2, F3
Before
Team Wealthnest:
Ensure MGP profile is set up and integrated
Ensure Financial Physical is set up
Complete annual maintenance checklist – Pre
Complete & Print Investment Profile Questionnaire (Client & Spouse separately)
Pull the client’s financial file
Print off outstanding action checklist items
Client:
Bring the most recent paystubs
Bring most recent statements for outside investment accounts (401k, Brokerage, Employer stock, life insurance)
Bring in any outstanding action checklist items
During
Advisor:
Tax Checkup
Update MGP
Provide Networth statement
Take notes in SF appointment; copy to F450
After
Team Wealthnest:
Send the Action Checklist to client(s);
Complete assigned SF tasks
Complete Annual Maintenance Checklist – Post
P1 – Prospect Discovery Appointment
Before
Team Wealthnest:
Ensure that the FP1 email is sent out, completed and returned prior to meeting
Email reminder upon appt booking
Ensure Financial Physical is set up
Pull the client’s financial file
Print client profile from SF
Client:
Bring the most recent paystubs
Bring in previous 3 years tax returns
Bring most recent statements for investment accounts (401k, Brokerage, Employer stock, life insurance)

Book P2 appointment
Send the Action Checklist to client(s); cc advisor
Complete assigned SF tasks
P2 – Visualization Appointment

Email reminder/ agenda upon appt booking
